The rooms at Cook's Club Hersonissos Crete were absolutely amazing! The premium bedding was so comfortable, and the air conditioning made the room the perfect temperature. The free WiFi was a great perk, and having a safe in the room gave me peace of mind. I loved how stylish and modern the rooms were, catering to the new generation of travelers like me. Plus, having a kitchenette with a microwave and refrigerator was so convenient. the room had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the split-level maisonette design. But hey, that's just my opinion.

I got great value for my money at Cook's Club. The room was modern and clean, and the location was convenient, close to restaurants and the ocean. The staff treated me like a VIP, they were super friendly and welcoming.

The hotel breakfast menu could use more variety of toiletries in the bathroom. It would have been nice to have separate shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion, as well as shower caps.

We enjoyed the comfy beds and the overall modern look of the room in comparison to other hotels we’ve stayed at in the past. The pool area was great for sunbathing and chilling out, although it did get a bit crowded sometimes. The location was perfect as it was close to the main attractions and had easy access to public transportation.

We were disappointed by the limited food options available for breakfast and the high prices of drinks at the bar. the staff at the reception were not very friendly and we had difficulty communicating with them due to language barriers.

Spa Centre: I felt like royalty at the well-appointed spa centre. The indoor pool was so rejuvenating, it was like having a private oasis to myself.

Winter Closure: Disappointed that some facilities were closed during the off-season.

What a memorable weekend! I loved the beautiful view from my room, and the delicious breakfast that was offered every morning provided a great start to the day. The hotel’s location simply couldn't be better, as it was in the heart of town with everything I needed within walking distance. the activities provided on-site were a fun way to fill my day.

While my overall stay was fantastic, I did find the room to be a little dimly lit, which made it difficult to read at night. , there were some small amenities that were not provided in the room, such as shampoo and body wash.

I had been wanting to visit the Palm Beach Club in Hersonissos for a long time, so I chose Cook's Club for its proximity to this landmark. But what pleasantly surprised me was the friendly staff, who ensured that I had an unforgettable stay. Their warm hospitality made my experience even more memorable. Additionally, I loved the fact that they served a complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast daily at Cantina, which offered delicious brunch and light fare.

I was not informed beforehand that some facilities like the spa, indoor swimming pool, VR, escape. Additionally, the music played throughout the day felt repetitive, almost negating the purpose of having a DJ. The live entertainment each night turned out to be football, and the drinks at the bar were overpriced.

Jaw-dropping design and cleanliness, super accommodating staff, mind-blowing vegan options, fun pool area, amazing video art at night.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The hotel facilities were exceptional, with beautiful swimming pools and bars, and they offered a lot of night activities. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly pleasant. We also liked the location of the hotel, as it was close to the beach and surrounding bars. The breakfast offered was decent, with a good selection of food including show cooking for omelets. The staff were excellent and accommodating, and we even watched a football match through a projector on the wall within minutes of requesting it.

The staff goes above and beyond, always friendly and helpful, and the hotel app is super convenient. The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything and just a short walk to the beach. The breakfast is delicious, and the pool bar serves amazing cocktails. The room is spacious and has a great view of the pool. The food is diverse and tasty, with plenty of options. The hotel organizes fantastic events that we absolutely loved. Highly recommended!

The hotel is located very close to restaurants and the beach, making it a great location for a beach vacation. Guests can also enjoy free breakfast and even have it made to-go. The pool area is nice and there are social activities offered. Some rooms have great views and the air conditioning works well.

Smoking can be an issue around the pool for non-smokers.

Extremely friendly staff, excellent food and drinks, modern and renovated, perfect for couples, clean.
